We are half way between Falmouth and Hyannis on Route 28, the southern most highway on Cape Cod.

From the Bourne Bridge:
If you cross Bourne Bridge (close to the end of Routes I-495, I-195, and Route 25) you will be on Route 28 south. Exit on to Route 151 to the end at the Mashpee rotary. Cross the rotary and take Route 28 south again. Go 2 1/2 miles through the junction of Route 130 and our will see our pink Victorian, the fourth building on the left.

From the Sagamore Bridge:
If you cross the Sagamore Bridge at the end of Route 3, you will be on Route 6, the central and major highway on the Cape. Take exit 2 south to the end to the junction of Route 28. Turn left and we will be the fourth building on the left.
